Survey behaving different in browser link?

Question

I have created a internal survey ,while testing it in browser I have found its not behaving same as its in connect and field app.

I have used a survey mentioned in the link below as a ref (as I want to calculate georef point) https://community.esri.com/thread/195117-ie-browser-compatability-and-geopoint-calculation-with-public-surveys-made-in-connect .

Another issue is I have added few relevant questions and its all good in connect and field app, but cant view it browser.
