S123 Appearance issues for Likert Question in Smartphone

Hello! I'm in search of some formatting help. I'm creating a recreation survey that I plan to make public. However, I'm struggling to make the appearance look clean on smartphone, which is likely how most of the public would be accessing the survey. I've tried messing with different widths in the appearance column, maybe need to change the font of the choice list? I'm not sure... (forgive me I'm not able to upload images or add content to this post for some reason, so using imgur)

Are all your options the same like in your example? have you considered/tried the single select grid using the "table-grid" appearance
