Why are you using Google Earth? Do you have ArcMap? If so, what version and what license level do you have?
As the title states, looking for a way to have the font size of labels for a polygon class to match to classes of color symbology. I.e. larger font size for higher symbol values, lower font size for lower. Like the below image (labels created via Photoshop):
