Options to make QuickCapture Project User Input Read only

Can you please add the option to make a Project user Input read only?  our workflow is launching QuickCapture from a parent point popup in Field maps , using the GlobalID as the User Input  We can set the to a required user input, which is great and an input mask as well as a hint, but it's still possible for users to overwrite this.

Another related thing that might be really cool is a timed reminder for project user input as people can forget to change it. Say after 30min or whatever we choose we display a custom alert
