I am just now moving from arcMap to ArcGIS Pro. My GIS data is on my (local) G: drive, but ArcGIS finds only the C: drive.
I did successfully import a .mxd file by dragging it to the ArcGIS catalog, but could only save it to C:, and I had to manually move all its data files from the G: drive.
Is there a way to get ArcGIS to recognize other drives?
Thanks,
Michael

This doesn't exactly work as described. The UI does not allow navigation as Explorer does.
But what does work is writing "G:" in the "Name" space below the explorer window (without quotes of course). Then the program has no problem navigating within the drive.
In your Catalog Pane, right click on the folders and select Add Folder Connection then navigate to your G: drive. This will add the folder to your project. Once added, close the project and reopen it to have the map try and reestablish links now that it knows about the drive letter. The alternate method of resetting the data source on all your feature classes would be another workaround for reconnecting.

Tom
