Hi,

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this so please let me know if I need to post it somewhere else!
We have noticed that the ArcGIS Practice Area maps that are being embedded in the websites of hundreds, possibly thousands, of GP Practice Websites are no longer starting centred on the Practice Areas. They all are starting at some place near Peterborough! If you zoom right out then go find the actual Practice location then the area is being drawn. Here are some examples from different supplier websites:

https://www.elginclinic.nhs.uk/practice-information/registering-with-us/ (Expand the catchment area map panel)

https://www.earnswood.nhs.uk/patient-info/https-experience-arcgis-com-experience-c5dfab9f267944d2a9d...

https://www.carmelmedicalcentre.co.uk/pages/Practice-Area-Map

I read here that there had been some kind of update so I'm wondering if that may have broken this?

Thanks

Hi @CosmoSmallpiece I would suggest checking on the Web Map Item's default extent settings to see if they are congruent to the extent you are seeing in these links. An Esri Technical Support case would be a great step as well for deeper investigation.

Hi Stephanie,
The maps aren't managed by us, we are just one of many GP Website suppliers who have to embed them in websites.
I thought raising it here might flag an issue that hadn't been noticed yet and it might help.

Thanks
