Creating an application to identify climbing locations using a weather forecast API

One of the greatest challenges to having a successful day out in the mountains is assessing the weather, which can vary significantly over short distances and time frames. In this new ArcGIS Blog post, Andrew Bladon shares his inspiration for building a full stack Qt Maps SDK application, capable of showing the most suitable locations for climbing based on the weather.
