Is the widget "SymbolStyler" still scheduled for v4 ?

Hi,

I use the "SymbolStyler" widget in a web application and I want to go it to the API V4.

Is there an alternative ?
Where can we find the image directories/url for styler symbols ?
Do you have any examples ?
If the widget is definitively abandoned please tell us ?
