How to show selecting sketch update points?

Hello Community,

I am trying to achieve this functionality in which while transforming(scaling) the sketch,  I want only some pointers to show. More specifically, In the image given below, I want only edge points to be shown(not corner points).  User should be able to update sketch using those 4 edge points only. Can anyone please help me with this(removing corner points for updating)?
