Hi,

I have a reference layer from ArcGIS Online, but I would like to filter the shapes by the slicer.

I joined the attribute in the reference layer with slicer data, but it doesn't filter the reference layer.

If you look at the screenshot below, the PRT Routes reference feature layer has a route_id field joined with route_id from the slicer.

Is there any way that I can highlight relevant reference layer geometry based on the slicer?

Thanks!

Hi @YonghyeonKweon,

Thanks very much for your question! Have you tried to open the Join layer window open when using the slicers?

Hi @NaZhang_Esri

Thanks for your response!

It worked well if I used the slicer while opening the join layer, but I wonder if there is a way to use the slicer without opening the join layer.

Thanks!

Hi @YonghyeonKweon,

I'm glad it worked! You got this! We are currently working on enhancing the Join layer feature and this is one of the goals. Thanks very much for your questions and please feel free to let us know if you have more feedback!
