I think it would be really useful if there was a functionality to add data via other URLs (other than those with associated ArcGIS rest APIs), perhaps as a separate tab, in addition to Demographics and ArcGIS?
@LilyGIS1 - Could you please give more details on the URL? Which type of the URL specifically? Are you expecting to connect to the ArcGIS layers by using an URL?
