Hey there. I am setting up a data collection project and am trying to figure out how to accomplish some functionality within field maps. My map only contains two layers - a layer showing polygons that need to be visited and an editable point layer to capture field observations. How can I configure the map so that the the color of the polygons changes once a new data point within that layer has been collected? Thanks in advance! I assume I need to relate the points to the polygons to achieve my desired results, but don't know where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello!

I found these videos to be helpful for a similar project. 6 videos total but the first three are most relevant. I hope this helps!

Can you further explain your wants/reasoning behind wanting the polygons to change color once a new point, within said polygon, has been added? There may be other ways to achieve your desired outcome.

I want field techs to be able to visually track their progress as they work across a field site divided into areas. So for example, all areas within the field site start green but will change to red once data has been collected within its boundaries.
