Hello everyone,
I've been stuck with this problem for a while and still couldn't get a solution.
When I try to use Column, Row, or Block which have their own divider inside, I can't control that divider size or number. For example, in the picture below, the Block has 12 dividers and I want to put 3 items inside but there is 2 divider left on the left side and 1 on the right side. This made them unsymmetrical!!
I wish I could control divider number or size. Please consider this enhancement function.
Thank you in advance!
At least an odd number of dividers would help. I've found the dividers are a little larger than I would like in some cases too. This has been an issue for me when designing the mobile version of my app, particularly text behavior in foldable theme header.
I'm not a web developer, but there's something called Bootstrap that's used for the UI, which is where the 12 parts of the row come from (Core concepts | ArcGIS Experience Builder | Esri Developer). My understanding is that it's fundamental and not something Esri can just change.
I think you can accomplish what you want by putting another row into your row, adjusting it, then putting your columns in that:
Currently, we have no plans to add an option to customize the number of dividers in block widgets.
However, you can get a similar look by adjusting the left and right padding of the block widget instead.

@ShengdiZhang That won't help at all. It's just for adjusting the borders and the gaps between items. It has nothing to do with the symmetrical location of all items.
I look forward to hearing good news
