I have an error code no:216012 in Highly available 2 Portal machines 10.9.1 on Windows 2019 Env.
HA: Error in HA plugin. Missing key 'master.node' in the properties file
However the Properties file that is on \\sharedloc\Portal\Content\items\portal-ha\haconfig.Properties file
has a correct entry for the master.node key which is :
master.node = LocalServer1NameKindly, advice.

Can you check the node.properties file. If it is blank, can you add the master.node and standby.node parameter like it's listed in the master.node file.

Do you mean haconfig.properties file as I didn't find a file named master.node?
if it is Ok please share a content of this file node.properties file without your site info
