Hi,

Hoping someone can assist.

Our organization requires the installation of ArcGIS Pro 3.1. We have packaged the software in Intune, and have opted for the Per User installation as it allows our staff to install required software updates. ArcGIS 3.1 has been successfully deployed to a number of test devices.

The installation command for ArcGIS in Intune is:

msiexec /i ArcGISPro.msi /qb ALLUSERS=2 SOFTWARE_CLASS=Professional AUTHORIZATION_TYPE=NAMED_USER LICENSE_URL="https://www.arcgis.com" ACCEPTEULA=YES

We have a locked down Windows 10 22H2 image with no local admin, so this is the best solution we've found.

However, a number of users also require the Data Interoperability package for ArcGIS, and we can't deploy this package as it requires the ArcGIS Pro installation to be set for All Users (ALLUSERS=1).

Has anyone come across this issue, and if so, can you please advise?

Thanks.

This is a known limit of the product extension. It is in the product backlog and being considered for a near-term release.

Please kudos this idea.

We recently completed the fix for the collision, mentioned in this idea which opens the door for the setup to include individual install.

Thanks for the update.

Any fix for this would be greatly appreciated. As I've stated, we have a locked down OS, and to use ArcGIS, we need the user based install. Our organisation is an emergency service, so we rely on ArcGIS for accurate mapping, and the Data Interoperability is an important part of that.
