vba code to manage arcinfo/arcview licence

Arcinfo/arcview licence is managed by desktop administration tool.
Can i find vba   code for arcgis 9.2 to switch from/to Arcinfo/arcview .

Hi... I have not used this code for switching but I have tested the licence prior to launching an app. Have a look at
