Actually i am trying to do thing like flood analysis, I am having a dem(digital elevation model) and point features represent dam. Here i want to add some graphics(flood) to the map based on the water level. So i have created contours to the dem using tool in arcmap, then based on the location of the dam and water level(contour value) i have add graphics, which represents, how much area is afected because of flood. But instead of creating contours before, i want to create a single contour at specified location with elevation. Actually after that i want to publish it as a geoprocessing tool for arcgis server.
Please tell me the solution or otherwise some ideas.......
