Can ArcGIS Enterprise Portal 10.3 use the Web AppBuilder that's in version 10.6?

Hi Kelly,

The built-in web appbuilders can only access web maps stored in their organization. You will be able to access content from different versions of Portal using the Web AppBuilder Developer edition.
