Portal Home Page SSL issue
Hello,
I recently added root and intermediate certificates to my ArcGIS Enterprise Site to enable https communication across the environment. I have certificates on the users browsers that verify at my web adaptor tier and also at my portal and ArcGIS Server.
For some reason, I can not get my Portal homepage to show my agency logo. I have checked the html code in FireFox and Internet Explorer and the same URL persists in both.
The banner will come through my web adaptor:
https://webadaptor.domain.com/PORTALNAME/home/images/banner-2.jpg
The agency logo will not go through the web adaptor (URL):
No matter how I try to add this logo the address will not go through the web adaptor. Every other element on the homepage goes through the web adaptor. Unfortunately, the logo will not and I'd like to clean up my homepage. Any tip or trick would be appreciated.
