In ArcMap, in the Conversion Tools, there is a group called "To KML" and under that are the tools "Layer to KML" and "Map to KML." The problem is that, in ArcGIS Pro, under the "KML" toolbox, there are only the options "Layer to KML" and "KML to Layer." Is Map to KML somewhere else? Is there some other way that's done in Pro? I greatly prefer Pro in almost every way, but this is functionality I would need frequently, so it's kind of a deal-breaker. Plus, I can't imagine they took this out, so I have to just be missing it somewhere.

In ArcGIS Pro 2.7.0 the tool "Map To KML (Conversion)" has Now been added.

As you come across functionality you can't locate... Tools that are not available in ArcGIS PRO .... will definitely help. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but...Map to KML is on the list.
PS, you may wish to move this to https://community.esri.com/community/gis/applications/arcgis-pro?sr=search&searchId=63670c32-d90a-46... since you currently have it in Online
I found a workaround by grouping all of the layers in the map and use the Layer to KML tool.
