Survey123 - unable to open links in app

i have the survey123 app on my android phone, but am unable to open survey link. please help!

You're going to have to provide more information if you want people to help you:

• From what application are you trying to open the form?
• Can you copy paste the link to this thread?

Having the same issue.

Sent the survey link arcgis-survey123://?itemID=43c3bc81fad9406e8945ee58b2470cb3 via email to android phone. Survey123 App is installed. Instead of opening the app when link is selected, it tries to open in the browser I think? I get the 'This site can't be reached' error stating that the server DNS could not be found.

Any help is appreciated.

Android does not fully support the use of the survey link.  The most reliable way is to create a web page with a hyperlink to the survey; we will be implementing this in a future release of the Survey123 website.
