Question about this part:
“All your existing Named Users have been automatically converted to Level 2 Named User.”
“Please note that it is technically not possible to convert a Level 2 Named User to a Level 1 Named User.”
If we cannot change them back to Level 1, why were they automatically converted to Level 2?
I see a Change Member Level on the Right-Click menu for a user, but the dialog fails trying to change it from 1 to 2with error about the maximum number of level 1 members has been reached.
The Subscription Status shows Level 1 is 0 of 0.

Thanks for the questions. We've updated the blog to be more clear in regards to the conversion of current named users to level 2 users. Please note that the ArcGIS Online December release doesn't change any of the capabilities that you or your users currently enjoy. The Level 1 named user category provides a cost-effective way to give viewing capabilities to users throughout your organization. Level 1 users are now available to purchase. Please contact your account manager or our sales department if you are interested in purchasing.
Once you've purchased Level 1 Named User, you can change Named user designations between members as your described above.
