Workflow: Select DWG-Layers and Create Mapservice

Hello,
is it possible to create a website where I can create new mapservices from an DWG-file?

- Select annotation and polyline
- choose layer file

I can do it manual with ArcMap. But it should work online.

Hi,

I would go for creating a geoprocessing service for any conversions of the CAD-data into Esri geodatabase format and then using Dynamic Workspaces to let users to create map services on-the-fly with the data they need. If you just want to automate the map service creation process - consider using ArcPy module integration with ArcGIS Server, see the sample in here.
