What happens to info graphics in web app builder when an associated web map's ownership is changed?

I was told by an ESRI representative that changing the ownership of a web map will not change the web app ID. However, I am curious to know what happens to the charts and info graphics that are linked to that map within Web App Builder. Will the charts and info graphics break once the web map is re-assigned to a new user or group?

The WAB App will consume a Web Map and the Web Map consumes data. The Infographic widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS can consume additional data sources. When changing the ownership, and nothing changes in the sharing properties of all items involved, there will be no effect on existing users. The ID of the App and Web Map will not change, so that will not break. When you change the sharing properties of items involved, for instance, if the web map consumes a hosted feature layer and you change the sharing properties, a user may no longer have access to that source and things will break (for that user).
