Web App Builder reporting widget

I need to create a widget in webappBuilder, to generate a report, that will contain map with its graphical layer, charts, and table.

Is there a widget that does this task, can I use the print widget, customize it and generate output that have this kind of report?

Hi, I am working with the Report Widget and am having issues with the ability to add different operational layers to analyze. Currently, the tool supports feature classes and MapServer related classes, but has no operational capacity with image server layers. I've attempted to edit the code to support this to no avail.
