Screening widget not printing map

I have configured the Screening widget for use with my application. When I print the report, all the data is printed but the map does not load. Any answers as to why the map would not show in the report?

Have you double check if the request POST to your printing service is successful or not?

Was this resolved? I am having similar issues when the map is zoomed out to 5km radius buffer area
