Portal for ArcGIS/ Webmap/Web AppBuilder/ Can we create a cluster for stacked points?

Hi,

I am using portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1.

I have a webmap and a Web AppBuilder with stacked points ( the number of points varies from 5 to 15).

Is there a way to create a cluster for these points or a web/flower shape?

   Currently there is no flaring cluster capability or widget available for WAB.
