is there a way or  a seperate print widget tool that can allow us to modify and customize the print tool functions. rscheitlin

   A developer can do a lot to customize the print widget. You need to be a lot more specific.

what we want to do is  to be  able to allow the print function to load our  image and graphic and also city logo and use the fonts that  we use on regular maps to look the same when web app is being used as shown in the imagerscheitlin

   What that has nothing really to do with the print widget then. What you are looking for is modifying/creating custom print templates. There are help docs and blogs on this subject:
