Is there a way to select multiple predefined options in the filter box. When using unique values you can add a comma I believe, is there something like that for predefined?

   The comma thing will only work if you are using the "in" operator in your expression value configuration and it will not matter if you are using unique or pre-defined as each time you select an item from the list the selected text will be overwritten. So in short no.

Do you know of a method that can help me do that?

Nope. It would require a bunch of re-coding to use a dojo MultiSelect instead of a FilteringSelect dijit.
