Download Analysis-Extract data programatically

Hi All,

I am using Analysis service Extract data tool in WAB-Dev 2.10. Analysis result getting stored in user contents. i.e CSV or SHP file. So user has to visit content page and download file manually. I am trying to reduce this step and want to download contents programatically.

Analysis service returns item id and url so is it possible to download data based on that? 

Any help would be appreciated.

  No downloading a file require a user click for security reason.
