Custom Print template just moves the text element in pdf

Hi,

I have developed a custom print template. There we have some textbox elements. We pass some values on the fly to it. 

But these textboxes tends to shift in the pdf and are not aligned properly. The whole layout becomes distorted. 

Is there any way to fix this issue.
