I am running 10.2 for desktop standard and I get the add-ins to show up on the toolbar or in the add-in manager. When I double click each of the apps (Water Utility Networks Tool or Attribute Assistant) they both let me install and the pop-up states that it loaded successfully. I have tried deleting and re-installing several tiems wiht no success. I have tried adding them in directly in the Add-in manager on ArcMap as well. I can see the add-ins are in the "add-ins" file each time that they have been loaded. There is no troubleshoot in the install guide. Has anyone else had similar issues adding these add-ins?
