Good Day,

I have installed the toolbar on two dev boxes,  one a regular box and one a citrix install, without any problems and everybody wants to use it. We tried to install it on the production box and now we don't see the toolbars. We compared file structure and file location plus the config files and they all seem fine. We didn't get any errors on install. Is there something we might have missed?

   I have to start with the standard questions.  Do you have Service pack 1 for 9.3.1 installed?  Do you have .net support installed?

The standard questions are always good.  Given the answer is 9.3 not 9.3.1 on that box. I am guessing this won't work on that version. 😞

Well Hopefully they will update it at somepoint. Otherwise we will just work on the dev box 🙂

You are correct, these tools are compiled for 9.3.1, so they will not work on a 9.3 install
