Water Utilities Editing Template

I kept getting the error message while try to edit the data n the sample GDB just to see how it work. After clicking thru the error the features would show up but update date and editor fields didn't get populated. Would anyone please help me?

Eddie,
   I have seen this error when the table schema has been modified.  I would redownload the template and check your schema against the one in the download.  If you change a field name or the table name of the Dynamic Value table or the GenerateID table, you will get this error.  We are putting checks into the next version to warn the user about this.
