How can programmatically run the code that corresponds to the "Set Flow Direction" button on the Utility Network Analyst toolbar?

There is nothing through arcpy directly  your closest bet is the links in the Geometric network toolset

Thanks.   I was looking for something in VBNET.   I see how to reference everything else on the Toolbar except that particular button.
