Is there a pre-configured Hydrant Flushing map and app?

I remember seeing a pre-configured hydrant flushing web map and app on the Esri Solutions for Water Utilities page but can't seem to find it now. Does anyone know if it is still available or if there is a similar solution?

There was a hydrant inspection, pre-configured setup.  I don't recall one for flushing (though there could be!).  We have setup our own system flushing Collector ability, using a related table to archive our flush activities.  Happy to provide any information if needed.

and remember, this esri solution only allows you to enter in flushing one feature at a time, you can't select multiple features and add a flushing service to all of them.
