I'm working with a geometric water network where I have a point feature class (10000+ points) where the points should be snapped to the edge of the line. I've found that about 170 points are not snapped, so am after a way to bulk-snap the points to the line edge.
Can someone suggest a way I can snap these points to the line edge? The ArcToolbox Snap command won't work on a geometric network, neither does the useful Bulk Snap tool found in ArcGIS.com
Is there any way I can do this? I haven't looked at my other point feature classes yet, so there is potential for a lot more features that need to be snapped.
