I am using the NHD streamlines and Watershed boundaries from the USGS for a project. I need to know exactly what date (or at least the year) that my particular HUC12 watershed boundary was decided (what date was this watershed deliniated). The metadata tables that came with the data have many dates: LoadDate, ProcessingDate, DateRange (30 year range). Which date is the one I am looking for? How do I find the exact date the watershed and streamline was decided on?
