We have created a Arc Hydro Groundwater system for a city municipality. We would like to use it to connect features like wells and monitoring points to the many paper documents that the city has in its files. Has anyone developed a system to catalog and link features to legacy documents (pdf files) in a working Arc Hydro Groundwater system?
