Why does the classification of the raster disappear when the raster data is converted into a vector? For example, when using the "stream to feature" tool, the original raster is divided into multiple levels of rivers, and they are all the same when they are converted into a vector.

You may just need to symbolize the vector layer layer as Unique values using the "grid_code" (classification) field.
