I have completed Steady Flow Analysis in HEC-RAS4.1.0 with the Geometry imported from ArcGIS 9.3. Unfortunately, GeoRAS Extention does not show "Read RAS Export File" Tool in ArcMap in order to Generate Water Surface and Delineate Flood Inundation.

Is it because of installation problem or there other ways to activate this tool?

With kind regards

I dont use the newer version of Geo-RAS but wouldn't "Import Ras Data" be what you are looking for?  That is where the "Read RAS data" used to be and the makers of GeoRAS usually layout the menus so that the tools are used in descending order.

Yes, I tried with that and for the Terrain Type in Layer Setup, I have used Grid (Digital Elevation Model), with which I got "Failed to import RAS data!" message. Using TIN as terrain type, import was successful, but the result is very awkward with disconnected flood inundation map.
