Hec-ras Export data

I completed totally processes for hec-georas and export hec-ras. however, I met an error for this application   while I attemted to


import RAS data. Please help me about this problem. I will wait your answer in a short time.

One of the people in this thread http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/49819-HEC-GeoRAS-10-issues-with-ArcMap-10 mentioned having issues with geo-ras because he was using georas with a translated version of arc.  Based on your screenshot I think you may be having the same issue.  Not sure what it took for him to get arc into a different language, but its worth a shot if you are still having trouble.
