I have the latest ArcHydro Tools (version 2.1.0.152) and the current HEC-GeoHMS from the ESRI ftp site, and I ran the Centroidal Longest Flowpath, and it does not work correctly. The output is the same line for the very first basin the tool runs the amount of times as basins in the area I am running. I have 13 subbasins, 13 centroids and the Centroidal Longest Flowpath result is 13 lines, in the same location, for the first basin.

Then I changed my version of the ArcHydro Tools to match the version needed for the US Army Corps website version of HEC-GeoHMS (it requires ArcHydro Tools version 2.0.1.125) and I ran the same Centroidal Longest Flowpath  tool, and it gave me the correct output.

There seems to be an issue with the Centroidal Longest Flowpath in the latest release from the ESRI ftp site.

I too have had to resort to the Geo-HMS tools for centroidal longest flow paths.
