I am trying to use Arc Hydro tools Pro and it fails to execute DEM Reconditioning.I also tried with ArcMap and it also fails. I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.2.2 and ArcMap 10.6.1 Thank you for your help.

I've had problems with DEM Reconditioning for a while and have had to create my own Model Builder Model to perform the task of burning streams and building walls.
