Converting units from english system to SI

Hi,

I have DEM data that all of units are in english system. I don't know how to convert them to SI. I really appreciate if anybody can help.

Spatial Analyst->Math->Times
Input Raster 1 is your terrain, Input 2 is 0.3048.  The resulting raster should be your terrain in meters.
