Basic hydraulic modeling of a sewer-network?

Hi,

I am a student in the beginnings of his Master Thesis. It is my job to create a hydraulic model of a relatively simple sewer-system with an ArcInfo-License. Is it true that Arc Hydro is only applicable for surface and underground modeling but not for modeling the waterflow inside a closed sewer-system?
