Automatic Hydro Enforcement

Hey guys,

I'm working on a workflow for automating hydro enforcement on high resolution DEMs. I'm aware that ArcHydro offers more tools than neccessary to accomplish this task why I'm a bit confused which modules should be used.
The aim is to correct the DEMs water heights according to correct flow.

Data which is available:
- DEM
- High resolution water mask
- Centerline of the water mask

Any help is highly appreciated!

My first thought was to use DEM Reconditioning, but it sounds more like you want to burn in known stream elevations into a DEM rather than sink the streams into the DEM at an arbitrary depth. Is that your goal?

Yes, thats exactly what I want to do. Maybe a MatLab routine would do it?!
