I was wondering under what type of license ArcHydro is made available to the public? Is it GNU or the ESRI ATTRIBUTION & LICENSING AGREEMENT (E213 3/09), that was used for ArcScripts, or something else?? There does not appear to be any licensing information included with the downloads.
I just need this for internal documentation for the agency I work for.
