Archydro - Grouping tool in terrain morphology

I was running grouping tools in Terrain Morphology tools, particularly 'Select Upstream Catchments using Preferential Node Link'.  for 45000 catchments, it is 6hrs and still running.

Could any one let me know how much time this tool normally takes to run 45000 catchments?

Hi swamypati,

I see you have been using the "Select uptream catchments using..." archydro tool. I am trying to do the same but i always get an error message and i think its because the feature ID fields of my stream file dont coincide with the hydroID field of the catchemnt file were they originate/end. how did you create the feature ID fields (1 and 2) in the stream file so that they coincided with the catchment of origin and destination of each stream segment? Thanks in advance and good luck!
