Accumulating Wastewater Flow:  Splitting Flow Evenly at Junction??

I have a sewer network in which flow direction has been set for all links.  There is only one sink - a treatment plant.  I want to use ArcHydro to accumulate flow going downstream, based on the wastewater input to individual pipe segments.  I have the necessary data, I have joined the parcel_GPD figures to the pipe segments, and everything works.  The results show accumulating flow moving downstream, just as I need it.

I have one junction in the entire system where two pipes connect bring inflow, and two pipes connect discharging.  The two pipes going in are at different elevations, but the two going out are at the same elevation, and they are the same size.  I would like to model this situation as one in which the combined inflow is split 50/50 into the two outflow pipes.

I'm not having luck finding out how to do this.  Weights?

NB, the two outflow pipes eventually end up discharging into network elements that end up in ONE place. There is no question of the FLOW DIRECTION, simply of ALLOCATION of flow at that junction.

Thanks!
